Playful Dolphins

I think for most Malaysian and Singaporean anglers, dolphin sightings and having them race alongside the boat en route to fishing grounds are a pretty common sight. 

What I came across on one trip was a pod of 'playful' dolphins that gave us a spectacular show even better than Hong Kong's Ocean Park or Sea World. We literally gave up fishing, since the fishes totally went off the bite when they arrived, and enjoyed the spectacular acrobatics, flips and jumps!

On another fishing trip, we spotted a pod that came right close to shore within 20m! Folks from Penang would definitely recognize this place ;)
