Rapala Eco Wear Reflection Jacket Wins Red Dot Design Award

The new Rapala Eco Wear® Reflection jacket has been honored with the famous Red Dot design award. This year, 1865 manufacturers, designers and architects from 54 countries were hoping to receive the coveted Red Dot award. It is one of the most recognized and prestigious design awards in the world.

The awarded jacket is part of the Rapala Eco Wear product range that was introduced to the public in 2011 with immediate success. The core values of the range lay in its environmentally friendly production methods, sustainable development and innovation.

The Rapala Eco Wear wading apparel is manufactured with a unique, ecological process from DuPont(TM) that reduces its dependence on petroleum based products by 30% and greenhouse gas emissions by 35% when compared to the traditional production methods.

Apart from the ecological aspect, the jacket features a design protected pattern that mimics natural light reflections in the aquatic environment. Thanks to the asymmetry of the pattern, no two Reflection jackets are exactly alike.

Representing Finnish design, The Rapala Eco Wear collection has received other international awards as well. In the year they were introduced to the market, the Eco Wear Waders were given the Best New Product Award in the fishing clothing category at the EFTTEX show.

Storm Gomoku Series Metal Jig - Micro Jig!

B. MELAYU:

ENGLISH:
The Micro Jig is the smallest member of the Storm Gomoku Series Metal jigs. Available in 3 sizes (5g, 8g and 12g) and 7 amazing colours (2 with double-face design), these jigs are great for all sorts of species, including those which you never even thought of getting on conventional jigs! The asymmetrical design of this little jig causes it to dart and flutter about like a tiny baitfish craving to be eaten, while the beautiful finishing on these jigs will easily attract the attention of predators a good distance away! The Micro Jig can be worked back at high-speed or allowed to drop all the way to the bottom and retrieved with a "jig-jig-pause" motion. To get the best action out of this jig, use no more than 10lb braided line and we strongly recommend 6lb Sufix 832. The Micro Jig is even versatile enough to be used for 'freshwater jigging'!

Storm Gomoku Series Metal Jig - Super Gomoku!

B. MELAYU:

Jig asal Gomoku Jepun - Super Gomoku!

Spesis: Jemuduk, Sagai, Gerong Belang, GT, Selar Papan, Ebek, Haruan Tasik, Kerapu, Jenahak, Talang
Teknik: Henjut-henjut-henti (ulangi setelah berhenti seketika)
Berat Jig: 20g, 30g, 40g

ENGLISH:

The original Japanese Gomoku Jig - Super Gomoku! Designed specifically to target Seabass, this jig has now found additional applications in South East Asia. Also featuring a quality holographic finish found in the other metal jigs in the Storm Gomoku series, the Super Gomoku has an irresistible flutter on the drop - perfect for wary fish. Although it is effective when jigged at high speed, slow-jigging brings out the best action. The secret is in its sexy, fluttering action when sinking or when using a jerk-jerk-stop motion. The pause will cause the jig to flutter attractively, triggering a reaction strike.

Species: Trevally (Longfin, Diamond, GT, Bludger, Golden, Yellowspot), Cobia, Grouper, Snapper, Queenfish
Technique: Jerk-jerk-stop,  <pause>, jerk-jerk-stop
Available weight: 20g, 30g, 40g, 60g
